We were born and raised in Seattle, with a deep connection to this city that spans generations. Coming from a real estate family, our passion for building was sparked at a young age, inspired by our grandfather, also a developer, who took part in shaping Seattle as we know it. We've carried on his legacy by blending the values of tradition with a forward-thinking approach to development which is the genesis of Garton Developments.

The Wallingford9 is especially meaningful—it’s where we grew up. Redeveloping it into a community of 9 townhomes has been a personal journey for us. We've taken great care to create homes that honor the neighborhood we love, with upgraded finishes and thoughtful designs as part of our way of giving back to a community that shaped us.
